SHIPPING

• Currently shipping to Canada only.

• Flat rate $10 shipping on all orders within Canada unless otherwise listed.

• All gift box orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.

• All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post expedited service and can be tracked at www.canadapost.ca

• For shipping outside of Canada please contact hello@charleyandco.com for rates.

RETURNS

Gift Boxes

• We are happy to return gift boxes in their entirety within 21 day of purchase.

• All items must be new, unused and in the original packaging with all tags attached in order to recieve for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

• All returns must be confirmed prior to shipping by contacting hello@charleyandco.com.

• Customer must pay for return shipping.

• Returns that are damaged or not in original packaging (including tags) will not be accepted or returned to sender.

• Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.

• Returns will be processed within 7 business days for store credit or exchange.

Custom Boxes

• We are not currently accepting returns, exchanges or cancellations on custom boxes.
